A great start to the week as I just found out Gramafilm, one of my clients, recently won the best DNN small business site award at the 2011 CMS Expo conference for their DotNetNuke website - www.gramafilm.com

A great start to the week as I just found out Gramafilm, one of my clients, recently won the best DNN small business site award at the 2011 CMS Expo conference for their DotNetNuke website - www.gramafilm.com. (http://cmsexpo.net/expo-updates/conference-updates/1096-cmsa-spotlight-award-winners).

Gramafilm are: "a cross between an agency and a production company making stand-out content for broadcasters and brands. Our work can be seen online, on TV and sometimes in the cinema. We're based in central London, UK with an office in New York. We work with companies large and small and on campaigns good and great."

Back in April 2010 James Morton-Haworth from Gramafilm got in touch with the conversion project for the site & since completing the original skin pack we've also worked together on customisations, including the styling for an integrated login module, & further collaboration, with Mark Allan from DNNGarden (www.dnngarden.com), on the jQuery background image switcher.

It's been a pleasure working with James on this, and other projects & I'd like to wish him all the best moving forward with the Gramafilm site.

After the project was complete, James kindly provided the following testimonial:

"We believe powerful, hardworking sites can look beautiful too. PSDtoDNN shared this belief and together we've created a skin package that exceeded all our expectations.  Rick is a passionate coder with integrity, a strong sense of design and an outstanding understanding of DNN.  We'll be working together again soon.  I'm sure of that."

Gramafilm are responsible for one of my favourite shorts of 2010 - Danny MacAskill - "Way Back Home"
